First hand account of what is was like to work at “5th Avenue”, a Portsmouth nightclub that replaced the storied “Neros Nitespot” club in 1983. Nero’s was the epicenter of the nightclub scene in the UK from the early 1970’s to the early 1980’s and had changed the nightclub scene forever.
